Beautiful and warming soup, perfect for a cold winter's day. I followed this recipe to the letter and it was perfect.
Delicious soup. I added a dob of natural yoghurt. Yum!
Yum!!! I used half the chilli though because I don't like too much heat. Will make again for sure.
Absolutely delicious!
this is very tasty. I used frozen chopped tomatoes I had in the freezer, and added a tsp of sour cream when served. I will definitely make this again.
Great soup! I only added the one chilly - as per above recommendation - perfect! Served it with goats cheese crumbled in.
YUM - Did it with Spring Onions and did not have the time to roast the capsicum - still delicious and so quick!
Fried 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 teas dried chillies and 1 leek and no purple onion. Roasted all the tomatoes and coloured capsicums until their peels were easy to pull off. I added fresh Basil, 2 minutes before the timer was up. This soup is so healthy and good I can't stop eating it. No fillers!
Yummy soup next time I won't put 2 chillies in as it was a bit spicy for me but will definitely be cooking this soup again
