I made this soup this morning after completely forgetting it was my turn to supply lunch for soup club at work.
It was super quick and easy to prepare. Whilst I didn't mind the flavour, I decided to add some yellow curry paste and coconut milk to make a curried version. It turned out lovely.
Great idea to add the protein, slightly strange texture, though and wasn't cooked after 15 minutes, it needed an extra 10.

I am assuming it's lentils not ' Lentins' ?! Great way to add protein to a vegetarian soup.
