Ingredients

Soup

  • 1/2 brown onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Morrocan seasoning
  • 300 grams cauliflower, Broken into florettes
  • 500 grams chicken stock
  • 400 gram Can of butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 30 grams OilveOil
  • 300 gram cabbage, Finely sliced
  • to taste Chives or Parsley, To Serve

Recipe's preparation

    To make soup
  1. Add onion and garlic to bowl and chop speed 7 for 5 seconds.

    Add oil, cauliflower and spice and saute 4 minutes, 100 degrees on speed 1.

    Chop speed 8 for 10 seconds. Scrape bowl and add stock, butter beans and several grinds of pepper.

    Cook for 15 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 1.

    Add cabbage and cook reverse, 1 minute, 100 degrees

    Serve with parsley or chives sprinkled on top and cracked pepper.

Tip

This is a super easy soup that tastes great served with crusty bread. It is also less expensive when cauliflowers are in season and cheap.
