- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 3 shitake mushroom, finely chopped
- 2 heaped tablespoons chicken breast, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) combine egg, dashi powder, soya sauce and mirin and coconut milk in bowl. 5 seconds, speed 5.
2) pour egg mixture into two ramikins
3) add, chicken, shallots and shitake mushroom to ramikins with egg mixture.
4) Add 500ml water to bowl
5) place ramikins in varoma dish and cover with foil. Cook varoma, speed 4, 15 mins or until egg is cooked.
5) garnish with finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Tip
You can substitute the filling in the cup, however limit to 3 fillings pre cup.
