Ingredients

Filling

  • 50 g Spinach Leaves, washed
  • 50 g sundried tomatoes
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed fresh herbs, (ie. parsley, thyme, basil)

Mushrooms

  • 4 Large field Mushrooms, or
  • 10 Small brown mushrooms

Topping

  • 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs
  • 20 g Butter

  • Varoma

Recipe's preparation

    Topping
  1. TX – mix butter and panko breadcrumbs 1-2 sec / speed 4

    Remove

  2. Filling
  3. No need to clean our the bowl.

    TX – grate the parmesan 1-2 sec / speed 7

    TX – add remaining ingredients including the stalks from the mushrooms

    TX – chop 4 sec / Speed 4

    Stuff mushrooms with mixture

  4. Steam Mushrooms
  5. Varoma – line bottom and top (depending on quantity) with a wet sheet of baking paper.

    Place mushrooms in the Varoma

    TX – Steam 20 min / Varoma / Speed 4

     

  6. Grill before serving
  7. Preheat grill to maximum.

    Once cooked place on a baking tray, sprinkle with breadcrumb topping and grill for a few minutes to crisp.
