I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Put herb and cheese in the TMX bowl and chop 10sec/speed 9
2. Add oil, water, flour, LSA, Chia seeds and salt and mix 10sec/speed 4
3. Kneed for 30sec
4. Turn out dough onto thermomat or floured bench and roll into a ball
5. Roll out to 1/2 cm thickness and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter
6. Bake on an oven tray covered with baking paper for 8mins or until just golden in a 180c oven
7. Let cool completely before storing.
Notes:
I use a 5cm sized star cutter and get about 100 pieces.
The dough will keep in the fridge for a few days if wrapped in gladwrap or it can be frozen.
Store the crackers in a tin to keep crisp for longer.

Delicious, my 3yr old wasnt a fan but i absolutely love them. Will roll abot thinner next time i think.
These savoury biscuits are great. Used 1 tbsp dry mixed herbs and cheddar cheese. My biscuits were baked for approx 15 mins. I made with following variations...
- used rice bran oil
- black chia seeds
- 20g sunflower seeds (school is nut free)
Next time will make with parmesan, know they'll be delish.
Good recepie came out really yum! thanks for sharing it.
Smell delicious but took longer than 8 minutes. I may have rolled them to thick I didn't think I had they look thicker than the picture. I think I will make them again to try the thickness.
These are absolutely delicious, I only used 20ml of oil, as I thought 40ml was alot. They worked perfectly. These will definitely be a regular for me. i only had black chia seeds, still perfect!!
