Tip
I use mince occasionally however I use rump steak to make my own mince prior to starting this recipe. See pg 25 of the Everyday Cookbook
These are awesome for starters, finger foods for kids and as a main meal.
I also have added 1/2 a zuccini and 1 carrot to hide more veggies and I add them at step 2.
Also you can add garlic at step 2.
These can be made into bigger patties for hamburgers and they are very tasty

My family loves these!! We have them as hamburgers or starters and they are delish with sweet chilli sauce. The kiddies just gobble them up
I make these regularly. Thanks for sharing. We love them, as well as little miss 10months!
I made these tonight and will definitely be making them again! They were so simple, tasted delicious and I loved how they held together so well. I didn't use kale in mine but they were still great...I used them in a tomato soup. Loved how they just took 15 minutes in the oven; no trying to fry theM in a pan
