You could use lemon butter icing instead of the sugar topping.
Really good recipe.
I changed some of the ingredients, I used gluten free flour a baking powder, an extra banana, soft brown sugar instead of white sugar and an extra egg as gluten free flour tends to be dry.
It turned delicious
Really nice cake, great with the melted butter and cinnamon on top instead of icing. Thank you.
Really nice quick recipe, just what I was looking for when I had unexpected visitors! My oven cooked it about 8 minutes less than the 25 minutes stated so just as a warning to others, I would check on it after about 20 minutes. I used a 19cmx27cm slice tin. Very tasty, enjoyed by all!
Too easy! Too yummy! Kids devoured it for afternoon tea!
I made it a second time and added a cup of chocolate chips and poured the mixture into patty pans. Made awesome banana chocolate chip muffins!
Easy and delicious. Added the butter and cinnamon to the top as suggested, everyone loved it.
great easy recipe, but pan base dimensions should not exceed 9 x 24cm, Maybe 19 was a typo.
Beautiful, the cake turned out light and fluffy and was delicious!
