Delicious....the choc chips ooze, I cooked mine for approx 14 mins / tablespoon size. I also used 80gms of both sugars. Great when you really want that chocolate fix!
Simple to make and delicious! Will try reducing sugar next time and see if they taste as good.
I make these on a weekly basis, always with half the amount of sugar, and they are divine. If you blitz up some cranberries before you start and add along with white choc chips, they are really delish! Would be great for Christmas presents.
Great recipe, I have been making these once a week. My kids love them😊 when I have ran out of choc bits I have also chopped up a block of cooking chocolate as a substitute and they are perfect👍🏻
These were nice but my balls didn’t flatten out so I probably should have done that before baking. I made 1 tray and rolled the rest for later storing in the fridge. I froze for 30mins to firm the roll to make it easier to slice. I baked the other half sliced about 1cm thick. They were better that the first batch. The whole family loved them. Didn’t last long. I had to make another batch.
oh and I cut down on the chocolate chips. It was excessive for my taste. Only used 125gm.
Fantastic cookie recipe
Ohh my goodness yummo!!!! Thanks my kids& husband (&I) devoured these& will make again& again........Thankyou

Great recipe, this is going to be my go to biscuit base recipe from now on . I used just over half of both the sugars and only added 210g of flour and 80g of rolled oats (quick cook variety) instead. Delicious! Going to substitute sultanas for the choc chips next time, coz I think they'll go really well with the oats.
