Wow these are brilliant and Sooooo easy! A massive hit in the house
I've made these a couple of times! so good and super easy. I add less sugar (between 50 and 75 g)
I have changed the measurements to grams for easier use in the Thermie.
200g plain flour
35g cocoa
10g baking powder
100g brown sugar
100g butter
2 eggs
130g milk
200g dark chocolate chips
These muffins are always a hit in our house. They turn out perfect every time.
Lovely muffins, we put just a little royal icing (Thermomix edcb recipe) on top and it turned them from nice to delicious for my two little girls! Thank you for sharing with us
Everyone enjoyed these, not too sweet, thank you
Muffins turned out great. Any chance you can please convert it to a thermomix recipe (as in grams for flour, sugar, milk etc)?
Light and fluffy muffins. I cooked mine at 160 fan forced. Next time I might double the recipe as I only made 11. Thanks for sharing, yum!
How did they turn out without the sugar?
Oppps forgot to put the sugar in, too late now they are in the oven, lets hope the choc chips will give it a pass in sweet for my girls......lol
