    Hazelnut & Chocolate Chip Slice
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

    Preheat oven 180 degrees C.

     

    Add Macadamia and chocolate melt into bowl pulse 3 x on Turbo.  Set aside.

     

    Melt butter 40 secs, 50 degrees, speed 4.  Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.  Mix 30 seconds speed 5.  Scrape down.  Add flour mix further 30 seconds speed 5.

     

    Pour batter into greased pan.  Batter will be thicker than cake batter but thinner than brownie.   Bake 30 min convec 180

     

    Sprinkle nuts and choc chip mixture.  Push into mixture with MC.

     

    Let cool before cutting.

    Superb results, recommend lightly pressing topping into batter, stops you having to eat chocolate & hazelnut crumb mix after slicing - Oh what a chore! tmrc_emoticons.8)
