Spoon the dough onto the tray, making walnut sized balls cooking in batches of 12 per baking sheet. They will faltten slighty as they bake.

Bake 1 tray after another for appx 10 min (slightyly less if fan assisted oven). Allow to cool on a rack before serving or storing.

Tip

These are great for freezing. Freeze in a sealed container.

Alternately, you can freeze  or refigerate the dough in a log shape, wrapped in baking paper and then covered in plastic. Then simply unwrap and cut off cookie sized discs to bake once ready.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These are delicious! The kids loved them and they were easy to make. I've only had my thermomix 5 days and they were great for a novice!

These are AMAZING!!! So light inside and a bit crisp on the outside. I used 200g sr flour and 150g of wholemeal sr flour. Also only used 130g sugar and 100g chic chips as I ran out. Still very sweet and delicious. Kids love them too.
