Dough
- 90 grams raw sugar
- 125 grams Butter
- 1 egg
- 50 grams Malt Extract
- 50 grams golden syrup
- 375 grams SR flour

- Preheat your oven to 160C.
1. Place sugar in the "Closed lid" .
2. Mill at sp9/ 15 secs.
3. Add chopped butter and mix sp 4/15 secs.
4. Add remaining ingredients and blend sp 5 / 15 secs.
5. Knead "Dough mode" , 2 minutes.
6. Roll into small balls ( walnut size) and place on baking paper lined trays.
7. Press down on each biscuit with a fork.
8. Bake 15-20 minutes.
9. Leave on trays to cool for 5 minutes then remove to a wire rack To cool.

Fabulous- simple and quick...such a delicious snack with tea or milk
Absolutely beautiful flavours! Loved them, so simple - and since my hubby is a brewer we always have liquid malt in the house. (I often add it to my raisin bread recipe.) Thank you for sharing.
Can you use Rice Malt Syrup in place of Malt extract
