Ingredients
Slice Base
- 90 g Butter, Chopped
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 35 g Self Raising Flour
- 80 g plain flour
Slice Topping
- 400 g Can of pears in natural juice, Drained and chopped
- 70 g pecans, Chopped
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease a 3cm deep, 17cm x 28cm base slab pan and line with baking paper.
Place butter, sugar, egg and flours in tms bowl and mix on speed 6 for 25 seconds or until a dough forms. Place in slice tin and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden. Cool for 10 minutes in pan.
In a separate bowl combine pears, pecan and sour cream. Spread mixture over warm base. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 15 minutes or until topping has set. Cool completely in pan. Cut into pieces and serve.
