Very easy. I added an egg to the mix. A lovely plain buttery slice.
A little bit dry. I'll have to give it another go, maybe use coconut oil this time.
Added dried apricots and apples
used coconut oil instead of butter
and used 100g of panela instead of real sugar
super yum and super simple

Added apricots and cranberries and topped with shredded coconut. Very easy and delicious.
Can olso use coconut oil...
I use 100g rapadura sugar and rolled quinoa in place of the oats. Sometimes I also add dried fruit or choc chips as well (just a small handful). They always go down really well in my kids lunch boxes.
I forgot the coconut , added smashed up almonds and reduced sugar and they were still yum
Yummy. Easy. Quick. Will definately be making this again!
Put dried apricots in mine ands reduced sugar to 75g - yummy! Had to increase speed to 7 to combine and minced apricots just after butter melted.
