- 125 grams millet, washed well
- 0.35 l water, or half mil half water
- 1 Zest of Leom
- to taste honey, optional
- 50 grams Butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 gram sour cream
- Nuts, to sprinkle

Mill thelemon zestand the nuts for10 sec. on speed 10, set aside
put the millet, water or milk and waterin the bowl andcook for 20 min. on 100 degrees speed1-2 on revers
At the Sultanas, the honey and the butter then mix it together in revers on speed 4-5
Spread it on a with baking paper lined baking tray
mix the eggs with sourcream together and spread it on top.
Sprinkle the lemon zest with the nuts on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes on 175 degrees or until light brown.
Cut it in little rectangles and serve it with custard or stewed fruit or a sweet sauce.
