For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Love this recipe
my go to and never disappointed
Great cake!! Everyone enjoyed it so much that I was left with a empty plate.
I've made this a couple of times (never for myself I should add)!
My friends have enjoyed this cake, so that's a thumbs up for me.
Yum!
made this for my daughter's birthday yesterday, enjoyed by all (she turned 15, so the terrible candle placement and unicorns are just there to wind her up 😅). Thanks for a great recipe.
Delicious. I keep the recipe as is, but insert of cinnamon icing sugar on top, I made glace icing so it looked like a donut... I also added sprinkles.
Cake turned out so good. very happy with this recipe.
fabulous cake. Really easy to make.
The cake is fluffy, moist, and delicious. Even the next day, the texture was still prefect.
I will absolutely make it again!
Light fluffy cake.. I baked 5 min longer and didn't grease the Rose Gold Bundt Tin. Tips are: whizz sugar/cinnamon first, then melt butter (set both aside), then proceed as p recipe. No need to wash Bowl repeatedly!
