Ingredients
Vi's Coriander & Lime - TM6 'Rice Cooking' mode
- 200 grams basmati rice
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Zest Lime
- 480 grams water
- 2 tsp chicken stock paste
- 15 grams coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 lime juice, freshly squeezed, for after cooking

- Place simmering basket onto mixing bowl and weigh rice. Rinse rice until water runs clear.
- Add to the mixing bowl coconut oil, salt, zest, coriander, water, stock, and rinsed rice.
- Give all the ingredients a really good stir.
- Lid on, with simmering basket on top of lid.
Select 'RICE COOKING' mode and turn on. - "Sous-vide" IMPORTANT....Once your rice is completed, immediately place the rice into a thermoserver, add lime juice and fluffy up with a fork.
(**I stress the immediately because if your rice sits in the TM bowl it will continue to cook and might make your rice gloggy.)
