I made these and they tasted lovely, however they were very dry and crumbly. The only thing I could think of was the desiccated coconut. Has anybody any suggestions or comments for making them more moist?

These were delicious. I made to the recipe and they were great, though I think I will half the sugar next time as the dates make it sweet as well.
Yummy and so easy. Used almonds in place of walnuts. Definitely will make again.
