Cherry Ripe CADA
- 2 green apples
- 50 grams Coconut, desiccated, shredded or shaved
- 50 grams Fresh Dates, pitted
- 50 grams fresh cherries, pitted, or defrosted from frozen
- 50 grams brazil or almonds
Garnish
- natural yoghurt, to serve
- extra cherries, to serve

Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and with the lid on and the lid locked on the dial, press Turbo for 1 second a few times until the consistency you like.
Serve straight away or refrigerate until ready to eat. Keeps for up to a week in the fridge.
Enjoy with yoghurt and fresh fruit or with milk like a 'normal' muesli
Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Tip
I serve mine with Meredith Ewe milk yoghurt.

Wow this is soooo yummy! I had it with coconut Milk and it was delicious. Definitely my new breakfast even my toddlers enjoyed it, I just blended it a little finet for then. Thanks for the receipe. !
Hmm, I think I missed a pip. And I don't seem to lik CADA so much! if I was to make again, if think reducing the apple would be more appealing. Thank you for sharing your recipe though.
I have no words... I added a desert spoon of raw cacao. Just like a Cherry Ripe but healthy. This recipe is absolutely amazing, I will definitely be making this again! Thanks Stone Soup
