- 50 g coconut oil
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 30 g Flax Meal
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Place flaxmeal, coconut flour, bicarb and salt in bowl "Closed lid" and turbo 2-3 times to combine. Tip out and set aside
Place almond butter in bowl with coconut oil, "Closed lid" 37 degrees, sp2 for 1 min to melt the coconut oil.
add eggs honey and apple cider vinegar. "Closed lid" sp6, 10secs.
tip dry ingredients into the bowl. "Closed lid" sp6, 10secs.
Pour batter into a greased and lined small loaf tin.
(approx size W10cmxL20cmxH7cm)
Bake at 180 degrees C for 35-40 mins

Mix wet ingredients
Tip
This loaf will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 1 week

I made this for the first time and had a slice with some soup for dinner, a very tasty alternative to wheat bread.
