- 5 grams bread improver
- 100 grams soft self raising flour, biscuit, cake flour
- 400-410 grams bakers flour

Heat oven to 220 degrees, fan forced.
Add 300 grams water and 2 teaspoons of yeast to the mixing bowl. 2 minutes, 37 degrees, speed 2.
Add remaining ingrediants (reserving extra olive oil). 6 seconds, speed 6. Then, 2 minutes "Closed lid" "Dough mode"
Use a little of the extra olive oil, grease a bowl. Knead dough sllightly into a ball shape and add to bowl, cover with a clean tea towel and leave in a warm place to prove for 30-45 minutes.Or wrap in thermomat and leave to prove.
Knock down dough.
Grease a loaf tin with a extra olive oil. Put dough in tin cover with clean tea towel and allow to prove for another 30-45 minutes.
Place in middle of oven and bake for 30 minutes, checking from 20 minutes. Bread is ready when golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
