Streusel
- 75 g plain flour
- 35 g self-raising flour
- 75 g brown sugar
- 1/2 level tsp ground cinnamon
- 80 g cubed butter
Cake
- 200 g Butter
- 1 lemon
- 150 g raw sugar
- 3 eggs
- 75 g plain flour
- 150 g self-raising flour
- 80 g Milk
Stewed apples
- 4 granny smith apples
- 20 g Butter
- 75 g brown sugar

- Place all dry ingredients into TM bowl and mix 5 seconds/speed 5
- Add butter and process 6 seconds/speed 5. Place in freezer bag and freeze for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven 160 degrees C. Peel rind from lemon and place in TM bowl with sugar. Blitz 10 seconds/spped 10. Scrape down sides, repeat if required
- Add butter to TM bowl and beat 5 seconds/speed 5. Add butterfly and whisk 6 seconds/speed 4
- Add remaining ingredients and beat together 10 Seconds/speed 4. Place into a lined 23cm round cake tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- Peel and core apples and cut into wedges. Place into TM bowl with remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes/"Counter-clockwise operation" Temperature 100/speed"Gentle stir setting"
- Remove cake from oven, worki9ng quickly, arrange apples over top of cake, Crumble streusel over apples and return to oven for additional 25 minutes.
