    Very yummy and easy.

i used 20g gluten free plain flour and it worked well, very thick.  Could probably omit the flour altogether.

Love this recipe!!! Home alone and having craved bounty custard since going to a dairy free demo, this was so quick and easy and soooooo yummy!

I halved everything except the flour as I used skim milk and cooked for 4 1/2 min. Great that it doesn't use coconut milk, making it much easier to make smaller quantities without having a half can to waste.  I found the coconut to be strong enough and the overal flavour to be amazing, can't wait to impress guests in 7 minutes with this one.
