- 60 g honey
- 60 g cornflour
- 500 g Milk
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla bean Paste, or a mixture of vanilla paste and vanilla extract, or other optional flavourings

Place all ingredients into bowl. Cook at 90 degrees on speed 4 for 7 minutes.
This makes a thick white custard.

Tip
Optional flavourings include:
2 teaspoons cocoa, 2 teaspoons rosewater, lemon or orange zest, etc! Sprinkle with vanilla seeds, nuts, fruit or zest when serving.
