Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Place milk, condensed milk, rose water, cardamom and vanilla paste in mixing bowl.
    2) Close lid and without measuring cup, heat 10 mins/100 deg/speed 1
    3) Add roasted vermicelli
    4) Close lid and without measuring cup, cook 15 mins/90 deg/Reverse/Speed 1
    5) Add butter, saffron threads and mix well with spatula.
    6) Transfer to a serving bowl and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
    7) Serve warm or cold, garnished with toasted flaked almonds and chopped pistachios.

Tip

2) If you want the kheer to be thicker than what it cooks in this recipe, in step three cook for 20min/100deg/reverse/speed 1
