- 3 fresh red plums, cubed and frozen, no seeds
- 170 g lychees (tinned in juice), pitted
- 1 egg white
- 750 g ice cubes

2. Add frozen lemon & plums - 5 sec / spd 9
3. Add lychees & egg white - 3 sec / spd 9
4. Add ice cubes - 60 sec / spd 9. Use spatula to mix during process.
Method
Tip
You can freeze the lychee juice in an ice cube tray and use less ice instead.
