Energy Balls
- 40 g sesame seeds
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g macadamia nuts
- 70 g cashew nuts, raw
- 60 g dried apricots, organic
- 60 g Cranberries
- 60 g pitted dates, approx 3
- 20 g puffed quinoa
- 120 g rice syrup
- 120 g tahini

Place nuts and seeds into mixining bowl and mix 3 sec/speed7. Set aside.
Add dried fruits to the mixing bowl and mix 4-5sec/speed 7.
Pour reserved nut mix back into bowl along with the puffed quinoa. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2 while pouring rice syrup and tahini through lid. This should take approx 30 sec or until all combined.
With lightly oiled hands rolls into balls. Store in an air tight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Tip
Nuts and dried fruits can be replaced with any fruit or nut of choice. Puffed quinoa can also be replaced with puffed millet.
