Ingredients
Puddings
- 75 grams Butter
- 2 banana, Very ripe
- 1 banana, To be sliced for decoration
- 1 egg
- 100 grams rapadura sugar or raw sugar
- 160 grams Milk, Of any kind, can be nut milk, dairy free, or even coconut milk
- 140 grams Self Raising Flour
- Half cup of nuts, Pecan or Walnut or I even used crushed peanuts
Caramel Sauce (optional)
- 120 grams rapadura or brown sugar
- 100 grams Butter
- 200 grams cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter in TM 40 sec, 50 degrees, speed 4
Add 2 very ripe bananas, egg, milk and sugar to TM bowl 5sec, speed 6 until combined with butter
Add flour 4-5 sec speed 4 until all combined. Add your choice of nuts sp 2 until nuts combined (approx 2-3 sec)
Position moulds in Varoma and tray. Add sliced bananas in base of moulds, and pour over the pudding batter.
25 mins (or longer if using muffin size moulds ) Varoma Temp speed.
OPTIONAL: Rest puddings while making Caramel Sauce, or serve Warm with Vanilla Icecream and a few extra nuts sprinkled over the top

Enjoy! These puddings can be frozen (without sauce) to be reheated or even popped in a school lunch box for a morning tea treat! (If not a nut-free school, or leave the nuts out)

Mine turned out a bit dry, but still a nice flavour!
Maybe they do need the sauce, which I skipped because I had no time (and no cream).
