  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 grams Pistachio's, Shelled
  • 70 grams Coconut, Shaved or Shredded
  • 50 grams Craisin's
  • 100 grams Marshmellows

Recipe's preparation

    Method
    • 1. Break up Dark & Milk chocolate into the mixing bowl
    • 2. Grate 10 sec/speed 10.  Scrape down sides of bowl
    • 3. Melt Chocolate for 5 min/50 degrees/speed 2.5
    • 4. Add Pistachios & Craisin’s 5 sec/speed 2/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"
    • 5. Add marshmallows 10 sec/speed 2/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"
    • 6. Pour into square slice tin & sprinkle extra Coconut
    • 7. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least ½ hour 
    • 8. Cut into desired sizes & watch it disappear!

    Very easy recipe! Great consistency & very very yummy! 

    Made for Christmas hampers for friends! 

    I substituted cranberries with goji berries as I only had them in the house & they worked well too!
