Coconut Chilli Margarita
- 1 --- lemon, Wedge
- 1 tablespoon salt flakes, Garnish
- 1 tsp chilli flake, dried, Garnish
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes, Garnish
- 200 g Classic Margarita Mix
- 30 g Triple Sec
- 60 g Coconut Tequila
- 2 portions ice cubes, Ice to fill glasses

- Mix the Salt and Chilli Flakes in a bowl or plate that will be wide enough to dip your glass into.
- Run a wedge of lemon around the rim of your glasses and coat the glass with salt and chilli flakes.
Fill your glass with ice. - Add into your Thermomix a pinch of chilli flakes, The Classic Margarita Mix, triple sec and tequila & a few cubes of ice.
- "Closed lid" & Mix 5 seconds, speed 6.
- Strain using simmering basket into glasses & garnish with toasted Coconut Flakes
- STEP 1 - Toast Coconut Flakes for 6 mins, Varoma and set aside to garnish
Tip
TOAST Coconut Flakes first and set aside, allow bowl to cool down or use second bowl before making drink
I used 1800 Coconut Tequila

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
