Feijoa energetic smoothie
- 25 g Coconut sugar
- 15 g almond
- 10 g cashew nuts
- 100 g banana frozen (optional), around one banana
- 350 g Feijoa pulp
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, put in a little plate and cover with water for about 10 min or till they get sticky
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
