Ingredients

Curried Prawns

  • 1 clove Whole Garlic
  • 1 onion large, Quartered
  • 1 red capsicum Large, Quartered
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons TM vegie stock concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons Corn Flour Disolved in water
  • 1 tablespoons water
  • 1 can Light Evaporated Milk
  • pinch salt and peper to taste
  • 500 grams Prawns, Shelled cooked

    Preparation
  1. 1. Put garlic cloves, onions and capsicum into TMX and blitz 5 seconds speed 7

    2. Scrape down sides of bowl, add butter and sauté 3 mins 100degrees speed 1

    3. Add curry powder, turmeric, Coriander, Ground Cumin, Garam Masala, Vegie Stock, sauté 3 mins 100 degrees speed 1

    4. Add Light Evaporated Milk, Corn Flour disolved in water, sauté 5 mins 100 Degrees speed 1.

    5. Add Prawns and cook 100 degrees 20 mins reversespeed soft. Half way through cooking or there abouts add salt and white pepper to taste.

    6. Pour into thermo server to keep hot while you use TMX to make rice and steamed Vegies.
