Fish Pie
Tip
You could use a mixture of 450g white fish and 250g of smoked cod fillet
If you don’t mind a more rustic look then don’t worry about peeling your potatoes, just give them a scrub. I never peel them and my kids have never once said anything, and there is lots of goodness in those skins

I added garlic and extra seasoning to the sauce and glad I did otherwise it could have been very bland. Nice dish and would definitely make again, but I’d add more seafood or some chicken. Thanks for posting!
I would like to try this fish pie recipe. This recipe calls for 50 gm of flour. What type of flour do I use...plain flour, cornflour?
Also 200 gm of pure cream. Is it cooking cream?
Luckily added some smoked cod because we would've found this dish rather bland. If I make again I will add some stock paste to the white sauce.
Also, can someone confirm what temp and speed to cook the potato???

This was awesome! Took some time but its worth it. I added mustard to the sauce which complimented it well. Had no leek but cooked some onion instead of leek and it worked too. I could suggest some corn in it as well..
cooked veggies on the side and it was a great hearty meal. Will make again...
Best fish pie ive ever had. Reaaly nice.
Really great fish pie. the best I have ever eaten, (but then I haven't eaten heaps of them )
i will definitely make it again.
