Spaghetti Marinara.
- 130 grams onion, Finely diced
- 130 grams Red Capscium, Finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
- 300 grams tomato, Diced
- 1 level tablespoon white wine, or red wine optional
- 1 level tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 level teaspoons Chutney, Any type
- 2 level teaspoons Tomato Ketchup (from EDC p.61) or Tomato Conserve (EDC p.62)
- 1 level teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 level teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 level teaspoon Chicken or vegetable stock powder
- 350 grams Marinara Mix, Fish, squid, prawn, mussels etc.
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 50 grams parmesan grated, To serve
- 250 grams spaghetti
- 100 grams water

1. Heat 40g of oil 1 min/veroma speed1.
2. Cook the diced onion and capsicum 5 min/veroma temp/speed1.
3. Add garlic and cook 1 min/veroma temp/speed 1.
4. Add tomato, wine, tomatoe paste, chutney, sauces, sugar, stock powder and water. Cook 10 minutes/90 temp/speed 2.
5. Add Marinara mix. Cook 3 minutes/100 temp/speed spoon/ reverse blade direction.
6. Taste and add salt and pepper if necessary.
