Fabulous thanks for sharing.
This was a nice side to a Mexican feast. I love chilli but made it without so the kids wound still eat it and added chilli from the garden on the side.
Delicious flavours, but the rice came out uncooked, while chicken was perfect. I had to remove chicken by hand and then cook the rice again.
YUM! This dish is delicious! We served 2 adults and 2 children and had about half leftover, so I threw in some more rice and cooked it another 10 minutes (it was a bit runnier than we like) and had perfect leftovers! Thanks so much.
Hi Lizzy- once cooked the recipe makes almost 2 litres so not suitable to double (so quick you can do 2 batches). And yes the rice is added uncooked. Enjoy!
Hi...just wondering if receipe is suitable to double & also if the rice is added in uncooked ....thanks
Excellent dish! Have only had my Thermo 24 hours and this was our first dinner. I served it with sour cream and mini tortillas. Even my fussy boy loved it - and ate the meat! We could do with more chilli but the recipe is perfect for people who don't want it too spicy.
Was yummy, instead of putting peas in I used white beans
Learner hoping to get my P's soon!
