1 sm spoon cumin, Pedro basil, bay leaf

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp Basil pwdr
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 1 can tomatoe sauce
  • 2 portions Medium skin on red potatoes, Sliced
  • 3 portions carrots, Sliced
  • 2 portions Brown onions medium
  • 2 portions Medium tomatoes diced
  • 5 portions mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 30 grams Evoo

  • 100 grams red wine

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add seasoning, garlic, onion and chop 5 sec/ speed 6

    2. Add oil and saute 4 min/ varoma temp/ speed 1

    3. Add potatoes carrots Cook  15 min/90C/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1

    4. Add remaining ingredients and stir through with spatula to combine. Cook 60min/ 90C/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1

    5. Adjust seasoning to taste.

    6. Serve with Mashed Potatoes/ polenta/ steamed rice/ pasta/quinoa

Tip

 You can just flavour with just salt and pepper if you prefer not to use stock. I use good quality stock and you can also use 1-2 tbsp stock concentrate made in the tm. Adjust the amount of stock used depending on your personal preference,

Alternate the vegetables for different ones of your choice

You can use other stewing meat like casserole beef
