Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

SO yum, its now in my favourites list. Thanks for sharing
This was amazing!!! Had it with mash potato and broccolini. Highly recommend.
I substituted capsicum for carrot as I didn't have capsicum, kids absolutely loved it!
added a tea spoon of chilli. Put noodles in the varoma tray with carrot and asparagus in the dish. Delicious - thank you
Yummy & sooo easy! Served with cauliflower rice. Whole family loved it!
Family favourite for sure, super easy super tasty, I added some veggies to the meat and had it with mashed potato.
A very tasty easy dish. I used a cheap blade of meat, sliced thinly and marinated in apple cider vinegar for a couple of hours. I drained and rinsed the meat before cooking. The meat turned out very tender.
i served with mash potatoes, baby carrots and fresh beans. My Husband and son both really enjoyed, I will be saving this as a favourite.
Very tasty, perfect amount of sauce too. Will make this again. Thanks for sharing.
