Interesting flavours - turned out well.
Great recipe, kids love it.
tasty recipe, had left overs with rolls the next day, lovely
Delicious, this was a hit with the whole family
This was one of the first things I made in the thermo - it took a while but MY GOODNESS IS IT DELISH!
Definitely doing it again soon
Thank you SO MUCH for this recipe. My husband and I both declared it the tastiest meal so far in our new adventures as Thermie owners! Unbelieveable flavour and texture. I'm going to make it for a South African friend for dinner, I'm so convinced of its authenticity and flavour. Definitely going to be a family 'comfort food' favourite!

Hubby said this tasted just like how he remembered it. Very authentic and yummy!
Very easy to make. I agree with the most recent comment that Steps 5,6 and 7 should be done on "Counter-clockwise operation" . I only used 500g of lamb mince and the texture was a bit mushy but the flavour was nice.
Just wondering if steps 5, 6 and 7 are meant to be done on "Counter-clockwise operation" ? My mince mixture had no texture at all- sultanas, apples, mince etc all puréed. Flavour nice though

Tried this tonight, even my fussy 9 year old enjoyed this. Will definitely make this again as a family dinner.
