chicken stroganoff
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 185 grams beef stock
- 2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 200 grams button mushrooms halved or quartered depending on size
- 600 grams Chicken Breast Cubed
- 120 grams light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cornflour

1. place onion and garlic in tm bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. scrape down sides
2. saunte 3 mins/varoma/speed 1
3. add all ingredients apart from the sour cream and cornflour and cook 10 mins/100 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
4. add sour cream and cornflour and cook further 10 mins/100 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
5. allow to sit for 5 mins. serve with a side of mashed potato (add extra points for potato)

Tip
i used one beef stock cube and dissolved it in 185mls of boiling water.
also served with zero propoint carrot and beans
