Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This is my go to recipe. I use normal mince.
Yum! I added in a zucchini too and did 50/50 beef and pork mince. Will double the salt next time. Thank you!
Yummy! Even made puff pastry in the thermomix.
These are amazing
These were very nice. Very simple to make, with ingredients I already had on hand. I did find the fennel flavour a little strong for my liking, so next time I would add less or perhaps even just omit altogether. But they came out very much like a sausage roll consistency you would hope for. I have made other Thermomix sausage rolls before & found there was a lot of liquid that came out after cooking, which made the pastry soggy, but these ones were not like that at all, they stayed nice & crispy
So delicious. I have also tried this with gluten free breadcrumbs, chicken mince and other veg and still turned out great.
Haworm: maybe try less breadcrumbs
Sensational flavour ... a friend makes these and adds just a tweak of curry powder to really amp it up absolutely delicious, thankyou so much for sharing
Great recipe Tan!
My family really enjoyed these, wil definitely make again. Thank you
