Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

My family loved it. So nice.
I cook this at least once a month. Whole family loves it and it's hubby's most favourite dish ever!
This is, hands down, THE BEST curried sausages recipe I've ever tasted. We make with veggie sausages for a vegetarian option and it's just heavenly perfection. Thank you so much bel90 for your amazing recipe.
Delicious!! Family loved it. I added 2tbsp of curry powder & plenty hot enough for little ones. Needs more mash.
My husband loves this we make it with less curry and I add extra veggies
Thank you for this lovely recipe, was very delicious.
Way to much curry for us too but still managed to eat it will do again but will not add as much curry I only did 3Tbsp's too. Need more mash too so will cook more potatoes next time too. My sausages shredded a little too & I reversed when said?? But tasty recipe overall
Hubby & son loved this. It took way longer than the advised time though.
