Ingredients

Debs Caesar salad

  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Anchovies (optional), Plus extra for serving
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 15 grams Dijon mustard
  • 125 gram Light Tasting Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6 Eggs (or as required)
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • Large chunks of bread
  • 4 Bacon slices diced

Recipe's preparation

    To start....
  1. Add parmesan to the bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9, put to the side. Add the garlic and anchovies, blitz 3 seconds on speed 9. Scrape down the bowl Add the butterfly and add all the other dressing ingredients except the oil. Cook for 3 minutes, 37 degrees, speed 3, very slowly adding the oil through the measuring cup. Set asid to cool. Clean and dry your bowl.

    Place your bacon and bread (cubed) into the oven for 10 minutes 220 degrees, watch them.
    Add 500 mls of water to your bowl. Place your simmering basket in with your eggs. Varoma on top with your chicken breast chopped into large chunks. Season the chicken to your own taste. Cook for 10 minutes varoma, speed 3. After 10 minutes remove your eggs and place them in a bowl with ice-cold water to stop them cooking any more. Put the lid back on the bowl and place varoma back into position. Cook the chicken for a further 5-10 minutes until cooked. Empty the water out of the bowl add put the chicken breast in. 4 seconds speed 3 reverse. Add lettuce to your bowl, top with the chicken, eggs, bacon and croutons. Pour the dressing over and sprinkle with the parmesan. Enjoy x

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
