Ingredients

Gyukaku Japanese BBQ Marinade Sauce

  • 20 grams garlic cloves
  • 60 grams leeks, divide into 3 parts
  • 20 grams Minced Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 60 grams Japanese Soy Sauce
  • 90 grams mirin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste, which has just been made
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Japanese rice vinegar
  • 20 grams light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 500 grams Japanese Barbeque Meats

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put 20 grams garlic cloves. Chop 3 sec / sp. 7
  2. Add 60 grams Leeks and 20 grams mincedGinger. Chop 3 sec / sp. 7
  3. Add 2 teaspoons Salt, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground, and 5 tablespoons oil. Blend so it becomes paste 15 sec / sp. 7. Cook 8 min / 120 C / sp. spoon
  4. Set the ginger garlic paste aside. You may keep the leftover in the freezer (pack per 1 tablespoon)
  5. (You may or you may not rinse the bowl) Add 60 grams Japanese Soy Sauce, 90 grams Mirin, 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon Japanese rice vinegar, 20 grams Light Brown Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon Oyster sauce. Cook 5 min / 100 C / sp. 1
  6. Marinade 500 grams Japanese barbeque meats with the sauce and grill with cast iron or any BBQ grill set.
