Warmed it up.
Added 3 bell chillies (mild) and gave it a nice warm flavour. Third time made it and will add musrooms next time.
Don't know what it is in this recipe but these fritters are perfect. I omitted the chicken. Still gorgeous.
Easy to make but would adjust veggie stock amount. Far to salty for us to eat
This is such a winner for the Christmas leftovers. I substituted chicken for the left over turkey. This will go on regular rotation in our house.
Winning recipe - I made it exactly as mentioned and it was a big hit. It made 16 big fritters. I was unsure about whether the recipe called for ghee OR coconut oil but ended up doing both together. I don't think it would make a difference if you did it either/or. Next time I will add a bit of black pepper and use spring onions instead of normal onion, just for colour and because I'm always looking for ways to use up those last few spring onions that always seem to lurk in the bottom of the vege crisper!
Nice flavours but needed to make some changes to the recipe.
There seemed to be too much mixture for the TM5. I needed to add another 250 gm of milk to make it easy enough to make into patties. Still had to stir by hand.
I would chop the onion separately, then the rest of the ingredients. I also used GF flour (plain and forgot to add the baking powder) and used almond milk.
