    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Very nice. Made a batch the other day as recipe is. Made another batch today but put sundryed tomatos, garlic fetta cheese, shaved ham, fresh basil and a sprinkle of the reserved garlic cheese. Umm very nice. I would love to make a batch and freeze for work lunches. Does anyone know if they freeze well.

Glad I read all the comments before trying: as others have said, definitely not naan, but is a great flatbread that was loved by husband, myself, and the three year old.

Next time we're going to try different toppings, it seems like it would be very versatile.

Just wanted to add a note that I ended up overcooking them, because at 5 minutes the cheese was just melty and the dough still white, so I left them in for a bit longer and they ended up quite crispy, which hubby loved so it worked out well!

Quick and easy recipe. Lovely presentation. Not a true naan bread, but versatile as it would make excellent pizza bases also. Great for mopping up curry sauces. Thank youSmile

We all loved the cheesy garlic naan! Perfect to have with our Dahl for dinner. I was planning to freeze the excess, but I really don't think there'll be any left as we all keep going back for more after dinner. Will make again! I used a tasty cheese and it was delicious.

Easy but mine didn't really seem like naan, more like pizza bread. Nevertheless, the kids gobbled them up And I'd make it again
