- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric ground
- 15 grams olive oil
- 300 grams chicken breast diced
- 5 florrets of brocolli, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 220 grams mangos canned or fresh
- 50 grams mango syrup
- 200 grams coconut milk

Peel and quartar onion. Place onion, garlic, chilli, ginger and tumeric into Thermomix bowl. Chop 5 sec speed 7. Scrape sides.
Add oil. Cook 100 degrees, 3 minutes, speed 1.
Add diced chicken breast and all other ingredients into Thermomix bowl. Cook 100 degrees, reverse speed soft, 10 minutes. Place in thermoserver to thicken up the sauce and Serve with rice.
