I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes and pumpkin into 2 cm cubes.
Peel and cut the carrot into thirds, then cut into approximately 3mm thick slices.
Cut the corn into 5 pieces and dock the tips on the snow peas.
Place the water and TM chicken stock into the TM bowl.
Insert the basket into the TM bowl, add the potatoes and place the lid on.
Put the corn and pumpkin into the bottom tray of the varoma and place on top of TM lid.
Add the sausages to the top tray of the varoma and place on top of varoma bottom basket. Put the lid on. (Place a bit of baking paper underneath the sausages if you don't want any "drippage")
Cook for 25 mins/Varoma/Speed 2.
Add the snow peas and carrots on top of the pumpkin and corn and cook a further 15 mins/Varoma/Speed 2.
Once ready, remove Varoma, lid and basket from TM bowl.
GRAVY & MASH:
Add only 70 grams of the cream, soy sauce and cornflour into the TM bowl, which already contains the stock (scrape sides if necessary). Cook for 3 mins/100 degrees/speed 3.
Pour into gravy boat. Rinse the TM bowl.
Add the potatoes and the last 30 grams of cream. Mix for 10 sec/speed 4.
Serve!

Tip
You can omit the pumpkin if you like. I just had left-over pre-cut and thought why not add it!

Would like to try this, but only have thin snags. I assume they'd cook a bit quicker? Will have a try and see.
This was fantastic! It was so nice to go back to a meat and 3 veg recipe for a change. I used beef sausages and changed the veggies to what I had in the fridge. It was loved by everyone! I had doubts about hubby enjoying it because the sausages weren't fried but you couldn't tell the difference and his comments "we're keeping this recipe!" proved it's good! The gravy was also amazing! Winner all round
