I used 500g of chicken so added an extra carrot and an extra egg. The kids won't eat chili so I used 4tbs of tomato sauce and then served up to the adults with Sriracha as a dipping sauce. I think 1tbs of sauce could possibly be subbed out for a tsp of stock paste. The mixture was somewhat runny but I think the benefit of that was spooning straight from the TM to the frypan without having to shape and refrigerate. I simply shaped in the pan and had no problems with the mixture. Definitely making these again, love the kale addition.

Made these tonight, very easy. I used left over cooked chicken , I just left out step 1. It still worked fine.

I found these a bit bland... I steamed them in the varoma then briefly fried them off to make them a bit crispy.... Maybe I needed more chilli...

I have made these for my lunch, yet to taste them but added 50g of bread crumbs to the mixture as it was very wet. I also baked them instead of frying them to make them better on the hips. Looking forward to having them for lunch.

Simple and delicious. I made breadcrumbs in the Thermomix prior to mincing the meat (I crumbed two crust pieces of bread). Love that my kids didn't know they were eating "yucky" kale and zucchini!

So delicious! I used sweet chilli sauce instead of straight chilli sauce. Also I cooked mine in the pan with coconut oil instead of olive oil. It added a lovely flavour to the outside.

We're very runny so added home made bread crumbs and also rolled in crumbs. Placed in fridge for hour before cooking. These tasted great!
