Ingredients

  • 250g sweet potato cubed
  • 2 carrots peeled chopped

  • 150g Carrots, chunks
  • 100g cauliflower floret
  • 1can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1tsp sumak
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 2tbs chickpea flour (besan flour)
  • 1 brown onion, small
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1tbs olive oil

tahini sauce

  • 200g yogurt (i use plain greek yogurt)
  • 1tbs Tahini Paste
  • 1 lemon joiced
  • salt/pepper, to taste
  • 1 garlic clove

Recipe's preparation

    patties
  1. put onion and garlic in tmx and chop3 secs/speed 4 scrape down and add tbs olive oil and add spices then cook 3mins/veroma/speed 2

     

    add veggies and chop 10-15 secs/speed5/rev you want it coarse not fine.stop every few seconds scrape and check for renagade carrots tmrc_emoticons.)

     

    sprinkle chickpea flour in and put chickpeas then mix on reverse till combined again dont make to mushy i did on speed 2 on reverse look through lid till looks combined

     

    I used a half cup measure to make shape makes 8 approx just flatten a little you can sprinkle with sesame seeds now put on paper towel and they need to dry out so make day before or in the morning for that night.I was rushing and when i cooked fell apart but ones cooked next day for lunch were great  tmrc_emoticons.)

     

    i fried in a little ghee on low heat.

  2. sauce is simple and you can add more or less tahini to taste just put eveything in jug and mix 5-10secs speed7 

    serve with patties

    I'm a bit confused, what stops the pattie from falling apart? Mine just fell apart. Also, I would suggest reformatting this recipe so it is easier to read and put that it's ideal to prepare the night before at the top. I didn't read this part until I was ready to start frying them, now they're for tomorrow night's dinner instead.
